摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)患者术后生育忧虑水平及其相关影响因素。方法:择取2021年3月-2023年10月于樟树市人民医院行LM治疗的患者88例,所有患者均接受生育忧虑量表调查,后采取线性回归分析LM患者术后生育忧虑水平的影响因素。结果:经统计,88例LM患者术后生育忧虑水平得分(62.50±6.78)分;经单因素分析结果显示,文化程度高中及以上、家庭功能不健康、无子女和知觉压力强烈的LM患者术后生育忧虑水平高于文化程度高中以下、家庭功能健康、有子女和知觉压力轻微的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);线性回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭功能、有无子女和知觉压力是LM患者术后生育忧虑的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:LM患者术后生育忧虑水平相对较高,且其受患者家庭功能、文化程度、有无子女和知觉压力等因素影响。
Objective:To analyze the level of postoperative fertility anxiety and its related influencing factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy(LM).Method:Eighty-eight patients who underwent LM in Zhangshu People's Hospital from March 2021 to October 2023 were selected,and all of them were surveyed by the fertility worry scale,and then linear regression was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of the postoperative fertility anxiety level of LM patients.Result:Statistically,the postoperative fertility anxiety level score of 88 LM patients was(62.50±6.78);the results of univariate analysis showed that the postoperative fertility anxiety levels of LM patients with high school education and above,unhealthy family function,childlessness,and strong perceptual pressure were higher than those of LM patients with educational level below high school,healthy family function,children,and mild perceptual pressure,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);linear regression analysis showed that literacy level,family function,having children and perceived stress were the influencing factors of postoperative fertility anxiety in LM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of postoperative fertility anxiety in LM patients is relatively high,and it is influenced by the patients'family function,cultural level,the presence of children and perceived stress.
