摘要
目的:分析苍附益坤汤加减辅以来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者的治疗干预优势。方法:选取黔东南苗族侗族自治州中医医院2022年1月—2023年11月收治的86例PCOS不孕症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各组43例。对照组采用来曲唑治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上采用苍附益坤汤治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、血清激素水平等。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、自发排卵率分别为93.02%、88.37%,均较对照组的74.42%、65.12%显著增加,治疗后观察组月经周期、经量及胸肋满闷、肢体困倦积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的雌二醇(E2)及子宫内膜厚度均较对照组升高,睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、单侧卵泡数目及卵巢体积均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对PCOS不孕症患者采用苍附益坤汤加减辅以来曲唑治疗,可提高患者治疗效果及自发排卵率,降低中医证候积分,改善激素水平。
Objective:To analyze the advantages of Cangfu Yikun Decoction combined with Letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility patients.Method:A total of 86 patients with PCOS infertility admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,each consisting of 43 cases.The control group received treatment with Letrozole,while the observation group received treatment with Cangfu Yikun Decoction in addition to the control group.The TCM syndrome scores and serum hormone levels between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate and spontaneous ovulation rate of the observation group were 93.02%and 88.37%,respectively,which were significantly increased compared with the control group of 74.42%and 65.12%,after treatment,the menstrual cycle,menstrual flow,chest and rib fullness,limb fatigue scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol(E2)and endometrial thickness in the observation group increased compared with the control group,while the testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),number of unilateral follicles,and ovarian volume were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PCOS infertility patients with Cangfu Yikun Decoction plus Letrozole can improve the therapeutic effect and spontaneous ovulation rate,reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and improve hormone levels.
