摘要
乳腺癌是妇女常见的恶性肿瘤,也是妇女死亡的主要原因之一。随着乳腺癌的发病率与死亡率都呈现着逐渐增加的趋势,这一现象已经引起了全社会的广泛关注,对于乳腺癌的治疗也成为现在的一大研究热点。如何在治疗疾病的同时,能最大程度的保留乳房外形及美观,满足患者美容学需求,给患者提供积极的心理支持,是现在乳腺癌手术的一个探索方向。本文就目前乳腺癌腔镜手术的研究现状与进展进行文献综述。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women,and it is also one of the most important causes of women's death.As the incidence rate and mortality rate of breast cancer are on the rise year by year,this phenomenon has attracted extensive attention of the whole society,and the treatment of breast cancer has become a hot research topic nowadays.How to maximize the preservation of breast shape and aesthetics while treating the disease,meet the patients'cosmetic needs,and provide positive psychological support to the patients is now a direction of exploration in breast cancer surgery.This paper presents a literature review on the current research status and progress of lumpectomy for breast cancer.
