摘要
目的:探讨鹰潭市男性不育患者Y染色体微缺失和外周血染色体核型。方法:回顾性分析2023年7月—2024年7月鹰潭市人民医院收治的92例男性不育患者的临床资料,所有患者均进行常规体检、Y染色体微缺失和外周血染色体核型检查。分析男性不育患者Y染色体微缺失情况、异常染色体核型与表型。结果:92例男性不育患者,经Y染色体微缺失检查发现,11例(11.96%)伴有Y染色体微缺失,其中2例伴有隐睾,2例伴有精索静脉曲张。92例男性不育患者,经染色体核型检查发现,17例(18.48%)伴有异常核型。结论:染色体异常与Y染色体的微小缺失在男性不育患者中的占比较高,为主要遗传因素,通过对染色体检查和Y染色体缺失检测,能有效避免盲目治疗,减少遗传病风险,为临床治疗男性不育提供思路。
Objective:To investigate Y chromosome microdeletion and peripheral blood chromosome karyotype of male infertility patients in Yingtan City.Method:The clinical data of 92 male infertility patients admitted to Yingtan City People's Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were given routine physical examination,Y chromosome microdeletion and peripheral blood chromosome karyotype examination.The Y chromosome microdeletion and abnormal chromosome karyotype and phenotype of male infertility patients were analyzed.Result:In 92 male infertility patients,11 cases(11.96%)were found with Y chromosome microdeletion by Y chromosome microdeletion examination,including 2 cases with cryptorchidism and 2 cases with varicocele.In 92 male infertility patients,17 cases(18.48%)were found to have abnormal karyotypes by chromosome karyotype examination.Conclusion:Chromosome abnormality and tiny deletion of Y chromosome account for a relatively high proportion of male infertility patients,which is the main genetic factor,through chromosome examination and Y chromosome deletion detection,it can effectively prevent blind treatment and reduce the risk of genetic diseases,providing ideas for clinical treatment of male infertility.
