摘要
骨痹的演变与风寒湿邪、外伤劳损、衰老退变等多种病理因素有关,其病位深,病情顽固,反复发作,成为临床治疗的难点。文章介绍在《内经》骨病论治观点的启发下,进一步明确了针刺靶点,改良了刺灸形式,探索了适应病症,逐渐发展形成了针刺至骨法、至骨温针法、焠刺至骨法、至骨电针法等特色治法。改良后的至骨针刺疗法,治疗骨痹疗效显著,不仅刺激方式多样,操作简便,针对性强,而且极大地拓宽了其临床应用范围,值得深入研究。
The evolution of bone arthralgia is related to many pathologic factors such as wind-cold dampness,trauma and strain,senescence and degeneration.Its lesion site is deep,the disease is stubborn,repeated attacks,become the difficulty of clini-cal treatment.Inspired by the treatment of internal channel diseases by bone rules,the author further clarified the acupuncture target,improved the form of needling moxibustion,explored the adaptation to the disease,and gradually developed such characteristic treat-ment methods as needling to bone,warm acupuncture to bone,burnt needling to bone,and to bone electroacupuncture.The im-proved Approaching Bone Acupuncture Therapy has a remarkable effect on the treatment of bone arthralgia.It not only has various stim-ulation methods,simple operation and strong pertinence,but also greatly broadens its clinical application range,which is worthy of further study.
