摘要
目的观察除湿止痒软膏联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿脾虚湿蕴型湿疹的临床疗效及对血清IL-2、IL-8、IL-10水平的影响。方法选取2023年7月-2024年6月赣南医科大学附属兴国医院收治的86例脾虚湿蕴型湿疹患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43)。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用除湿止痒软膏联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分(皮疹面积、皮疹形态、瘙痒程度)、炎性因子水平[白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)]及免疫功能(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎性因子指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均低于高于对照组,而CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论除湿止痒软膏联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿脾虚湿蕴型湿疹临床疗效确切,能够改善患儿临床症状,减轻患儿炎性反应,提高患儿免疫功能,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chushi Zhiyang ointment combined with Xingpi Yang'er granules in the treatment of infantile eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation and its effect on serum IL-2,IL-8 and IL-10 levels.Methods From July 2023 to June 2024,86 children with eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chushi Zhiyang ointment combined with Xingpi Yang'er granules on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores(rash area,rash morphology,itching degree),inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)]and immune function(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Zishui Zhiyang ointment and Xingpi Yang'er granules for treating dampness-accumulated eczema in children with spleen deficiency demonstrates clinical efficacy,improving symptoms,reducing inflammation,and enhancing immune function,warranting further clinical application.
