摘要
随着优生优育政策的不断开展和宣传,产前检测的意识深入人心。为降低缺陷性胎儿出生率,近年来,无创产前检测(NIPT)作为一项新兴产前筛查手段在临床应用中不断深入,在产前筛查中占据了重要地位。NIPT是一种基于母体外周血中胎儿游离DNA片段的检测技术,通过二代DNA测序评估胎儿患遗传病的风险。本文综述NIPT的基本情况,并与传统方式进行对比,以期促使NIPT技术的不断精进和临床应用的不断加深。
With the continuous development and publicity of the eugenics policy,the awareness of prenatal testing is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In order to reduce the birth rate of defective fetuses,in recent years,noninvasive prenatal testing(NIPT)as an emerging prenatal screening method,has been deepening in clinical application and occupies an important position in prenatal screening.NIPT is a detection technique based on fetal free DNA fragments in maternal peripheral blood,and the risk of fetal genetic diseases is evaluated by second-generation DNA sequencing.This article reviews the basic situation of NIPT and compares it with traditional methods in order to promote the continuous improvement of NIPT technology and the deepening of clinical application.
