摘要
目的探讨150 mL小水囊配合缩宫素引产应用于低宫颈评分产妇中的有效性及安全性。方法选取2022年7月至2023年7月我院收治的108例低宫颈评分产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各54例。对照组仅使用缩宫素引产,试验组使用150 mL小水囊配合缩宫素引产。比较两组的干预效果。结果引产后,试验组的Bishop评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的促宫颈成熟总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的引产至临产时间间隔和第一产程均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的产后出血量明显大于对照组(P<0.05);两组的新生儿Apgar评分和脐带脱垂率无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论150 mL小水囊配合缩宫素引产应用于低宫颈评分产妇中的效果较好,可以有效促进宫颈成熟,缩短产程,且安全性高,但相较于单独使用缩宫素,150 mL小水囊配合缩宫素引产的产后出血量大。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of 150 mL small water sac combined with oxytocin induced labour in low cervical score parturients.Methods A total of 108 low cervical score parturients admitted in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group only used oxytocin for induced labour,while the experimental group used 150 mL small water sac combined with oxytocin for induced labour.The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results After induced labour,the Bishop score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of promoting cervical maturation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time interval from induced labour to labor and the first stage of labor in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum bleeding in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the Apgar score of newborns and umbilical cord prolapse rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The 150 mL small water sac combined with oxytocin induced labour has a better effect in low cervical score parturients,which can effectively promote cervical maturation,shorten labor process,and has high safety.However,compared with using oxytocin alone,the amount of postpartum bleeding of 150 mL small water sac combined with oxytocin induced labour is greater.
