介绍了新能源机车用ZDZ型制动控制系统的研制背景、主要组成部件,阐述了自动制动、单独制动、惩罚制动、失电制动等功能的实现逻辑。将ZDZ型制动控制系统与传统老旧直流内燃机车装用的纯空气制动控制系统进行了各方面的对比,体现了ZDZ型制动控制系统的优越性。
The paper introduces the development background and main components of the ZDZ brake control system for new energy locomotives.It elaborates on the functional logic of automatic braking,independent braking,penalty braking,and power-loss braking.A comprehensive comparison is made between the ZDZ brake control system and conventional pure air brake control systems used in older DC diesel locomotives,demonstrating the superior performance of the ZDZ system.
