摘要
功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是胃、十二指肠紊乱所导致的非器质性疾病,具有症状反复、病程迁延、经济负担沉重的特点。FD在中医上属“痞满”“胃脘痛”等范畴,艾灸作为独特的中医外治疗法,在此病治疗上发挥着重要优势。作者通过归纳和分析艾灸治疗FD的相关文献,发现艾灸治疗FD临床疗效显著,具有疗效显著,整体调节;辨证施灸,改善体质;未病先防,既病防变的疗效特点,调节胃动力异常、调节脑肠轴紊乱、调节炎症免疫反应、降低内脏敏感性是艾灸治疗FD的重要作用机制。针对艾灸治疗FD的临床应用、疗效特点、作用机制等进行总结,以期为指导临床治疗此病提供有效的依据支持。
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a non-organic disease caused by gastric and duodenal disorders,which is characterized by recurrent symptoms,prolonged course of the disease and heavy economic burden.FD belongs to the category of“ruffian”and“stomach pain”in traditional Chinese medicine,and moxibustion,as a unique treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,plays an important advantage in the treatment of this disease.By summarizing and analyzing the relevant literature on the treatment of FD with moxibustion,the author has found that the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of FD is significant,with characteristics of significant efficacy and overall regulation,moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation to improve physical fitness,prevention before disease onset and controlling development of existing disease.The regulation of gastric motility abnormalities,brain-gut axis disorders and inflammatory immune responses,and the reduction of visceral sensitivity are important mechanisms of moxibustion in the treatment of FD.This paper summarized the clinical application,efficacy characteristics and mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of FD,in order to provide effective basis and support for guiding the clinical treatment of this disease.
