摘要
甲型流感是一种长期困扰人类健康的呼吸系统疾病,引起了世界卫生组织和医学界的广泛关注。中医药作为我国古代文化的瑰宝,在治疗甲型流感方面彰显了独特的优势。信号通路承载着细胞之间传递信息的重要作用,是调控甲型流感炎症和免疫反应的关键转导因子,至今仍是科研人员的研究热点。因此,通过检索CNKI、Web of science等国内外权威数据库,综述了中医药调控IAV相关的主要信号通路,即核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路、Janus酪氨酸蛋白激酶(JAK)/信号转导及转录激活因子(STAT)信号通路、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路、Wnt/β连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路、核因子E_(2)相关因子2(Nrf2)/血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)信号通路、肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员6(FAS)/FAS配体(FAS-L)信号通路等,旨在为中医药防治甲型流感的深入研究提供参考借鉴。
Influenza A is a respiratory disease that has long plagued human health,which has attracted widespread attention from the World Health Organization and the medical circles.As a treasure of China′s ancient culture,Chinese medicine has demonstrated its unique advantages in the treatment of influenza A.The signaling pathway plays an important role in transmitting information between cells and is a key transducing factor in regulating influenza A inflammation and immunity response.It is still a hot research topic for scientists.Therefore,the authoritative domestic and foreign databases such as CNKI and Web of Science were searched to review the main signaling pathways regulated by Chinese medicine in influenza A,namely nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway,Janus tyrosine protein kinase(JAK)/signal transduction and transcriptional actiavtor(STAT)signaling pathway,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)signaling pathway,mitogen-actiavted protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway,Wnt/Beta-catenin(β-catenin)signaling pathway,nuclearfactor erythroid-2-related factor2(Nrf2)/hemeoxygennase-1(HO-1)signaling pathway,TNF receptor superfamily member 6(FAS)/FAS ligand(FAS-L)signaling pathway,in order to provide a reference for in-depth research on the prevention and treatment of influenza A by Chinese medicines.
