摘要
目的探讨华蟾素胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的效果。方法选择该院收治的中晚期肺癌患者90例,分组依据随机数字表法进行,将两组分别命名为A组(45例)、B组(45例),样本收录时间设置为2019年1月—2022年12月。A组采取常规化疗,B组采取常规化疗联合华蟾素胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗3个月后临床疗效;治疗前、治疗3个月后血清免疫因子、肿瘤标志物、炎症因子及中医证候评分、Karnofsky评分(KPS评分)、生活质量积分;治疗期间不良反应。结果将治疗3个月后A、B两组临床总有效率进行对比,后者高于前者;治疗3个月后,两组血清CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells,NK)水平均较治疗前有显著下降,B组高于A组;治疗3个月后,两组血清细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFR21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-12、1β(interleukin-12,IL-12、interleukin-1β,IL-1β)水平、中医证候评分均较治疗前有显著下降,B组低于A组;治疗3个月后,两组KPS评分、生存质量核心问卷(quality-of-life questionnaire,QLQ-C30)评分均较治疗前有显著上升,B组高于A组;将治疗3个月后A、B两组不良反应总发生率进行对比,后者低于前者;均P<0.05。结论华蟾素胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌可有效提升临床疗效,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,改善免疫功能,降低炎性水平,改善患者临床症状,提高其机体功能及生活质量,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of Cinobufotalin Capsule combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer.Methods Ninety patients with advanced lung cancer in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The two groups were named as the group A(45 cases)and the group B(45 cases)respectively,and the sample collection time was set from January 2019 to December 2022.The group A was treated with conventional chemotherapy,while the group B was treated with conventional chemotherapy combined with Cinobufotalin Capsule.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum immune factors,tumor markers,inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores,Karnofsky score(KPS score)and quality of life scores before and after treatment for 3 months and adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the group A was higher than that of the group B.After 3 months of treatment,the serum levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and natural killer cells(NK)of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the group B were higher than those of the group A.After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFR21-1),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the results of the group B were lower than those of the group A.After 3 months of treatment,the KPS score and quality-of-life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the group B were higher than those of the group A.After 3 months of treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions of the group A was lower than that of the group B(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Cinobufotalin Capsule and chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,inhibit the tumor cell proliferation,improve the immune function,reduce the inflammatory level,and improve the clinical symptoms,body function and quality of life,with high safety.
