摘要
目的探讨自拟温肺化痰汤联合布地奈德治疗急性支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)的疗效。方法选择2023年2月—2024年3月该院收治的84例急性BA患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组42例。对照组在常规治疗基础上联合布地奈德治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合自拟温肺化痰汤治疗。比较两组治疗2周后临床疗效、中医证候积分、哮喘控制测试(asthma control test,ACT)评分、肺功能、C反应蛋白、嗜酸性粒细胞水平。结果治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组中医证候积分、C反应蛋白及嗜酸性粒细胞水平均降低,治疗组以上指标较对照组低(P<0.05);两组肺功能指标,ACT评分均增加,治疗组肺功能指标、ACT评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论自拟温肺化痰汤联合布地奈德治疗急性BA的短期效果良好,可提高疗效,在减轻患者症状,促进肺功能和炎症反应方面更具优势,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Self-made Wenfei Huatan Decoction(自拟温肺化痰汤)combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma(BA).Methods Eighty-four patients with acute BA admitted to the hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide on the basis of routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Self-made Wenfei Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,asthma control test(ACT)score,lung function,the levels of C-reactive protein and eosinophil were compared between the two groups after two weeks of treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom scores,and the levels of C-reactive protein and eosinophil in the two groups decreased,and the above indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function index and ACT score in both groups increased,and the lung function index and ACT score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Wenfei Huatan Decoction combined with budesonide has a good short-term effect on acute BA,which can improve the curative effect and has more advantages in relieving patients′symptoms,promoting lung function and inflammatory reaction,and is worthy of popularizing.
