摘要
泻白散由桑白皮、地骨皮(炙)、甘草、粳米组成,功能泻肺平喘,药简效专,作为中医临床经方之一,使用范围极广,常用于治疗咳、喘等肺系疾病,历代医家对其皆有推崇之意,该文通过对泻白散有关条文、现代变化应用进行简要叙述,并载医案一则。
Xiebai Powder(泻白散)is composed of Sangbaipi(Mori Cortex),Digupi(Lycii Cortex)(processed),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)and Jingmi(polished round-grained rice)and its function is purging lung and relieving asthma.There is simple compatibility with significant effect.As one of the clinical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,Xiebai Powder has a very wide range of use,often used in the treatment of cough,asthma and other lung diseases,and the doctors of all dynasties have respected it.This article briefly described the relevant provisions of Xiebai Powder,modern changes and applications,and contained a medical case.
