摘要
目的分析帕金森病实施脑反射治疗仪联合深层肌肉刺激治疗的效果。方法目的选取2022年12月—2023年12月曹县人民医院收治的78例帕金森病患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组39例。一般组使用脑反射治疗仪治疗,实践组在一般组基础上联合深层肌肉刺激治疗。比较两组脑损伤指标、平衡及运动功能、临床疗效。结果治疗后,实践组脑损伤指标水平低于一般组,平衡及运动功能优于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组治疗有效率为92.31%(36/39),高于一般组的71.79%(28/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.571,P<0.05)。结论脑反射仪联合深层肌肉刺激治疗帕金森病疗效好,可降低脑组织受损程度,提高平衡能力,促进患者恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment with brain reflex therapy apparatus and deep muscle stimulation in patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with Parkinson′s disease admitted to Caoxian People′s Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were purposefully selected and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The general group re-ceived treatment with a brain reflex therapy apparatus,while the practice group received combined deep muscle stimu-lation on the basis of the general group.Brain injury indices,balance and motor function,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of brain injury indices in the practice group were lower than those in the general group,and the balance and motor function were better than those in the general group,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The treatment effective rate in the practice group was 92.31%(36/39),higher than 71.79%(28/39)in the general group,difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.571,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of brain reflex therapy apparatus and deep muscle stimulation has a good effect in treating Parkinson′s disease,which can reduce the degree of brain tissue damage,improve balance ability,and promote patient recovery.
