莫西沙星注射液联合吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效 被引量:1

Clinical Efficacy of Moxifloxacin Injection Combined with Inhaled Acetyl-cysteine in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

摘要 目的分析重症肺炎患者采用吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸结合莫西沙星注射液治疗的有效性。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月菏泽市定陶区人民医院收治的80例重症肺炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为对比组(常规治疗)和观察组(吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸结合莫西沙星注射液治疗),每组40例。比较两组治疗有效率、呼吸功能、炎症指标、免疫指标。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对比组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P<0.05)。观察组呼吸功能、炎症指标水平、免疫指标水平均优于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论重症肺炎采用吸入性乙酰半胱氨酸结合莫西沙星注射液治疗效果好,可改善呼吸功能和免疫功能,还能降低炎症反应。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of inhaled acetylcysteine combined with moxifloxacin injection in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of eighty patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Dingtao District People′s Hospital,Heze City from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into a control group(conventional treatment)and an observation group(inhaled acetylcys-teine combined with moxifloxacin injection treatment)according to the treatment method,with forty cases in each group.The treatment effective rate,respiratory function,inflammatory indices,and immune indices were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.164,P<0.05).The respiratory func-tion,inflammatory index levels,and immune index levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Inhaled acetylcysteine combined with moxi-floxacin injection has a good effect in the treatment of severe pneumonia,which can improve respiratory and immune functions and reduce inflammatory responses.
