摘要
目的探讨闭角型青光眼患者采用超声乳化白内障吸除术联合新鲜羊膜植入治疗的效果。方法目的选取2022年1月—2023年1月淄博市淄川区医院眼科收治的84例闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象。按手术方法分为研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42)。对照组采用传统小梁切除手术治疗,研究组采用超声乳化白内障吸除术与新鲜羊膜植入结合治疗。比较两组视力、眼压、房水炎症因子水平、角膜内皮功能。结果研究组最佳矫正视力为(0.51±0.16)log MAR,眼压为(12.71±2.15)mmHg,均优于对照组的(0.59±0.17)log MAR、(18.81±1.91)mmHg,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.221,13.746;P均<0.05)。研究组房水炎症因子水平低于对照组,角膜内皮功能优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论闭角型青光眼患者采用白内障超声乳化吸除术结合新鲜羊膜移植治疗,可以有效地控制患者眼压,提高患者视力水平,减少炎症反应,提高角膜内皮细胞的功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification of cataracts combined with fresh amniotic mem-brane implantation in the treatment of patients with angle-closure glaucoma.Methods A total of eighty-four patients with angle-closure glaucoma admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Zichuan District Hospital,Zibo City from January 2022 to January 2023 were purposefully selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)according to the surgery method.The control group was treated with traditional trabeculectomy,while the study group was treated with phacoemulsification of cataracts combined with fresh amniotic membrane implantation.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,aqueous humor inflammatory factor lev-els,and corneal endothelial function were compared between the two groups.Results The best corrected visual acuity of the study group was(0.51±0.16)log MAR,and the intraocular pressure was(12.71±2.15)mmHg,which were better than(0.59±0.17)log MAR,(18.81±1.91)mmHg of the control group,differences were statistically significant(t=2.221,13.746;all P<0.05).The levels of aqueous humor inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the corneal endothelial function was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification of cataracts combined with fresh amniotic mem-brane implantation for patients with angle-closure glaucoma can effectively control intraocular pressure,improve vi-sual acuity,reduce inflammatory response,and enhance corneal endothelial cell function.
