摘要
肌电图检测技术具有操作难度低、检查费用低、副作用小等优势,对神经、肌肉等软组织病变情况测定有较大价值。内热针疗法是一种新型针刺技术,对腰椎间盘突出症具有一定疗效,临床已广泛应用。目前,内热针结合肌电图干预腰椎间盘突出症的临床和基础研究较少。故介绍内热针、肌电图检测技术在腰椎间盘突出症中的国内外研究进展,为临床应用肌电图检测技术评估内热针技术干预腰椎间盘突出症的疗效提供依据。
The electromyography technique has the advantages of low operation difficulty,low examination cost,and low side effects,and it is valuable for the determination of lesions in soft tissues such as nerves and muscles.As a new type of acupuncture technique,the application of internal heat-type acupuncture needle therapy has a certain curative effect on lumbar disc herniation,it has become gradually wider in the clinic.At present,there are fewer clinical and basic studies on internal heat-type acupuncture needle combined with electromyography to intervene in lumbar disc herniation.To introduce the domestic and international research progress of internal heat-type acupuncture needle and electromyography technique in lumbar disc herniation,to provide a basis for the clinical application of electromyography technique to assess the efficacy of internal heat-type acupuncture needle to intervene in lumbar disc herniation.
