摘要
痛风性关节炎是以嘌呤代谢紊乱为病理基础的一种代谢性风湿病,发病机制复杂,与免疫炎症、尿酸代谢、肠道菌群紊乱、骨代谢异常及氧化应激等密切相关。目前现代药物治疗此病副作用较多,复发率高。中医灸法干预痛风具有多靶点、多途径的特点,临床疗效肯定。研究表明,中医灸法防治痛风的潜在机制包括减轻炎症反应、调节尿酸代谢及肠道菌群、调节骨代谢、保护肾脏、降脂等。通过对近年来中医灸法(麦粒灸、温针灸、壮医药线点灸等)治疗痛风的临床及基础研究进行综述,为该病的临床治疗及科研提供借鉴及启示。
Gouty arthritis is a metabolic rheumatic disease based on purine metabolism disorders.Its pathogenesis is complex and closely related to immune inflammation,uric acid metabolism,intestinal microbiota disorders,abnormal bone metabolism,and oxidative stress.At present,modern drug treatment for this disease has many side effects and a high recurrence rate.Traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion intervention for gout has the characteristics of multi-target and multi pathway,and its clinical efficacy is confirmed.Numerous studies have shown that the potential mechanisms for preventing and treating gout involve reducing inflammation,regulating uric acid metabolism and gut microbiota,regulating bone metabolism,protecting the kidneys,and lowering cholesterol,among many other aspects.This paper reviews the clinical and basic research on the treatment of gout with moxibustion methods(grain moxibustion,warm acupuncture and moxibustion,Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion,etc.)in recent years,providing reference and inspiration for the clinical treatment and scientific research of this disease.
