摘要
免疫异常型反复种植失败(RIF)是生殖免疫领域的难点,有效解决该问题是提高女性生育能力的突破口。全国名中医何嘉琳教授基于肝肾相火论,提出肝肾相火守位禀命、动而中节是胎孕的基础,一旦相火不能安守以位,扰乱母胎界面免疫稳态,则易发生种植失败或者妊娠丢失。何嘉琳教授将此病归为相火虚衰与相火妄动两类,或补或清,分证论治,临床疗效显著。
Recurrent implantation failure(RIF)due to immune abnormality is a difficult issue within the domain of reproductive immunology.Addressing this issue effectively represents a breakthrough towards enhancing female fertility.Based on the theory of ministerial fire in liver and kidney,renowned national TCM professor He Jialin asserted that maintaining the balance of ministerial fire moderate activity was the foundation of pregnancy.Once the imbalance of ministerial fire occurs,it disturbs the homeostasis of the womb interface,making it prone to implantation failure or pregnancy loss.Professor He Jialin classified RIF into two types:ministerial fire deficiency or ministerial fire hyperactivity,achieving remarkable clinical efficacy through tonifying or clearing based on different syndromes.
