摘要
目的:观察调背振阳针法用于治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法,将符合纳入标准的120例慢性神经性耳鸣患者分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例),对照组采取常规针刺,选取翳风、太溪、肾俞、听宫、足三里、气海、脾俞、百会等穴;治疗组先行调背振阳针刺,再予以常规针刺(同对照组)。两组均治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后耳鸣致残量表(THI)评分、耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)分级和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分变化。结果:两组患者经治疗后的THI评分、TEQ分级和PSQI评分均有改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,加用调背振阳针刺后治疗组的THI评分、TEQ分级和PSQI评分改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,明显优于对照组总有效率的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:调背振阳针刺能有效改善慢性神经性耳鸣临床症状,在普通针刺基础上加用调背振阳针刺可进一步提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tiaobei Zhenyang acupuncture on chronic neurogenic tinnitus of spleen stomach weakness type.Methods:120 patients with chronic neuropathic tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and selected Yifeng(TE-17),Taixi(KI-3),Shenshu(BL-23),Tinggong(SI-19),Zusanli(ST-36),Qihai(CV-6),Pishu(BL-20),Baihui(GV-20)and other points;The treatment group was treated with Tiaobei Zhenyang acupuncture and then conventional acupuncture(the operation was the same as that of the control group).Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire(TEQ)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were observed before and after treatment.Results:THI score,TEQ grade and PSQI score of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the improvement of THI score,TEQ score and PSQI score in the treatment group after the addition of tiaobei Zhenyang acupuncture was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was significantly better than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaobei Zhenyang acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic neurogenic tinnitus,and the clinical efficacy can be further improved by adding Tiaobei Zhenyang acupuncture on the basis of ordinary acupuncture.
