摘要
赤芍作为传统中药材,具有清热凉血、散瘀止痛的功效,广泛用于肝病治疗领域。赤芍具有抗肿瘤、神经系统保护、抗抑郁、抗心脑血管疾病等多种药理作用,赤芍的相关组方,具有抗纤维化、降低胆红素、保护肝细胞等作用,在肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝衰竭以及其他肝病的治疗中显示出潜在的疗效。综述赤芍及其组方防治肝病的研究进展,为今后药物开发及临床应用提供参考。
Explore the research progress of red peony and its formulae in preventing and treating liver diseases.Red peony,as a traditional Chinese medicinal material,has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood,dispersing blood stasis,and relieving pain,and is widely used in treating liver diseases.Through literature collation,it has been found that red peony not only has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,neuroprotection,anti-depression,and anti-cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,but also its related formulae have effects such as anti-fibrosis,reducing bilirubin,and protecting liver cells.They have attracted widespread attention in treating liver diseases,especially showing potential efficacy in treating liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,liver failure,and other liver diseases.These findings provide a scientific basis for the application of red peony in treating liver diseases and offer new directions for future drug development and clinical application.
