摘要
慢性盆腔炎(CPID)是临床上常见的女性生殖道慢性疾病,主要表现为子宫及生殖道的炎症、疼痛等,且缠绵难愈,严重影响患者生活质量。而抗菌药物治疗出现诸多弊端,选择疗效好的药物,增强患者满意度,是目前临床医师亟待解决的问题。近年来,中医药治疗CPID疗效显著,白银市中西医结合医院根据古方“红藤汤”加减化裁的红藤败毒灌肠液在临床获得患者广泛认可,但关于中医药治疗CPID的机制研究较少,通过总结相关研究文献,探讨中医药治疗CPID的作用机制,以期为临床治疗此类疾病提供思路。
Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a clinically common chronic disease of the female genital tract.The main manifestations are inflammation and pain of the uterus and reproductive tract,and lingering is difficult to heal,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.However,the commonly used antimicrobial therapy has many disadvantages.It is urgent for clinicians to choose drugs with good efficacy and enhance patient satisfaction.In recent years,reports on TCM treatment of CPID have been published,and doctors and patients are increasingly relying on TCM therapy.Hongteng Baidu Enema Fluid is according to the ancient“Hongteng Tang”by patients,but the pathogenesis of CPID and the mechanism of TCM treatment summary studies are few.Discussed the pathogenesis of CPID and the treatment mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of such diseases.
