摘要
目的:探析古籍文献中治疗乳腺癌皮肤破溃的外用治疗方法,为临床治疗乳腺癌皮肤破溃提供参考依据。方法:设置纳入排除标准,检索中医古籍文献电子书,使用Excel工作表进行方剂录入并总结方法。结果:古人外治乳腺癌皮肤破溃时,2本医籍记载了巧用2种单方(蟾蜍、丁香)外用联合中药内服的方法;5本医籍巧用灰类药(五灰膏);医籍中巧用6种矿物类药:石灰、砒石、朱砂、粉霜、枯矾、轻粉。其中单方主要以抗肿瘤、抗炎消肿、镇痛为主,灰类药可止血、促进伤口愈合、抗炎、抗菌、镇痛,矿物类药主要通过抗肿瘤、止血、抗菌、抗炎和促进疮口愈合等发挥作用。结论:古代治疗乳腺癌皮肤破溃使用蟾蜍、丁香及灰类药和矿物类药具有理论支持,有望为临床治疗乳腺癌皮肤破溃提供参考,为更多新制剂研究提供思路。
Objective:To explore the external therapy for breast cancer skin ulceration in ancient literature,and provide reference for clinical treatment of breast cancer skin ulceration.Methods:Setting up the inclusion and exclusion criteria,searching for the traditional Chinese medicine literature e-books,using Excel worksheet to input prescriptions and summarize methods.Results:The ancients had three kinds of methods for external treatment of breast cancer skin ulceration:2 medical books skillfully used 2 single prescriptions(toad,clove)for external use combined with Chinese medicine for internal use,5 medical books skillfully used grey medicines(Wuhui ointment).In medical literature,six types of mineral medicines were skillfully used:lime,arsenic,cinnabar,hydrargyrum bichloratum,alum,and calomel.Among them,single drug prescription mainly focused on anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic effects,ash drugs could stop bleeding,promote wound healing,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and analgesic,mineral drugs mainly exerted their effects through anti-tumor,hemostatic,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and promoting wound healing.Conclusion:In ancient times,the use of toad,clove,ash drugs and mineral drugs for the treatment of skin ulceration of breast cancer has theoretical support.It is expected to provide reference for clinical treatment of breast cancer skin ulceration and offer ideas for the development of more new formulation.
