摘要
胃溃疡是一种常见的慢性消化系统疾病,具有发病率高、治疗周期长、并发症重的特点,严重影响人们健康。西医治疗主要以抑酸、保护胃黏膜为主,有复发率高、副作用多的缺点。基于壮医“三道两路”理论,通过探析谷道与三道两路的关系,结合壮医的病因病机理论,梳理其在胃溃疡发病中的机制,总结胃溃疡(壮医名:胴尹)壮医“毒→逆→虚”的病机特点。防治以“调气解毒补虚”为要,以“恢复三气同步”为重,用药多“调气、解毒、补虚”相结合,首选“谷道药”,最后将其应用于临床治疗,以验其法,以期为民族医药临床防治胃溃疡提供新思路。
Gastric ulcer is one of the common chronic diseases of digestive system,which has the characteristics of high incidence,long treatment period and heavy complications,and seriously affects people’s health.Western medicine treatment is mainly to suppress acid and protect gastric mucosa,which has the characteristics of high recurrence rate and many side effects.Based on Zhuang medicine’s understanding of the“three passages and two channels”theory,Analyzed the relationship between Gu passage and“three passages and two channels”combined with Zhuang medicine’s etiology and pathogenesis theory,sorted out its pathogenesis in gastric ulcer,and concluded the pathogenesis characteristics of“poison→reverse→deficiency”of gastric ulcer(Zhuang medicine name:Dong Yin)In Zhuang medicine.The prevention and treatment should be based on“regulating qi,detoxifying and tonify deficiency”,focusing on“restoring the synchronization of three Qi”,the drugs are mostly combined“regulating Qi,detoxifying and tonify deficiency”,the first choice is“Gu passage medicine”,and finally it is applied to clinical treatment to test its method,in order to provide a new idea for the clinical prevention and control of gastric ulcer in ethnic medicine.
