摘要
中药炮制技术随着中药的发现应运而生,是中医药文化的重要组成部分,是传统中医药学最鲜明的特色,临方炮制是中医药临床应用过程中的重要补充,是中药炮制及应用终端的重要环节;同时,也是中医药个性化给药治疗的重要体现。澄江医派作为江苏江阴地区具有代表性的医学流派之一,具有鲜明的学术思想和用药特色。基于澄江医派医籍,系统梳理和概述澄江医派中药临方炮制的用药特色,对当前的发展现状和存在问题进行深入思考并提出展望,以期为澄江医派中药临方炮制传承创新的发展提供更好的思路和建议。
The processing technology of traditional Chinese medicine came into being with the discovery of traditional Chinese medicine.It is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine culture and the most distinctive feature of traditional Chinese medicine.The Prescription-based processing is an important supplement to the processing of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.It is an important link in the processing and application terminal of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,it is also an important embodiment of the theory of one person,one prescription and individualized medication treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.As one of the representative medical school’s originated in Jiangyin area of Jiangsu Province,Chengjiang Medical School has distinct academic thoughts and medication characteristics in the process of clinical medication.On the basis of the classics of famous doctors of Chengjiang Medical School,we systematically combed and summarized the medication characteristics of Chengjiang Medical School’s Prescription-based processing of traditional Chinese medicine,and deeply consider the current development status and existing problems and puts forward prospects,in order to provide better ideas and suggestions for the development of inheritance and innovation of Chengjiang Medical School’s Prescription-based processing of traditional Chinese medicine.
