摘要
儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征的发生发展与五脏关系密切,脏腑之间相互为用、生克制化的关系,以及气机调畅的状态是该病治疗的关键,体现了“五脏元真通畅”防治疾病的基本法则。结合该理论,认为该病病位在肺鼻,而相关的证、因、脉、治却与五脏功能失调关系密切,针对“肺失宣降、脾失运化、肝失疏泄、心失藏神、肾失潜藏”的各种郁态,论述该病与五脏各个脏腑的相关性及对应治法,畅其气机、扶其脾阳、抗风过敏、养心定志、调其体质,以期为该病的中医治疗提供新的思路与参考。并附验案一则,以资论证。
The occurrence and development of Combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome in children is closely related to the five organs,and the relationship between the internal organs is the key to the treatment of this disease,which embodies the basic law of“the smooth circulation of the five internal organs”to prevent and treat diseases.Combined with this theory,it is believed that the disease is located in the lungs and nose,and the related syndromes,causes,pulses,and treatments are closely related to the dysfunction of the five organs.In view of the various depressed states of“impaired dispersion and descent of lung Qi,spleen losing its transportation and transformation,failure of liver to govern free coursing,heart failing to store spirit,and kidney failing to store essence”,and the correlation between the disease and each viscera of the five organs and the corresponding treatment methods should be discussed.Regulate Qi,help its spleen and Yang,expel wind and relieve allergies,calm the mind,regulate constitution,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.One case study is provided to support the argument.
