摘要
难治性面瘫系指治疗大于3月不能恢复的周围性面瘫,临床治愈率低;张春红教授认为该病本虚标实,风寒外邪侵袭,久病脉络瘀阻,太阳、阳明筋经失濡。张春红教授运用升阳理论,将中医针罐、中药汤剂与现代康复相结合治疗该病,汤剂补益气血、升举阳气,针罐行气祛邪,康复促进面肌肌力恢复,综合治疗增加临床疗效。总结张春红教授治疗该病经验,通过一则医案分析,探讨该病的中医病因病机治则,以期对该病临床诊疗提供新的思路和方法。
Refractory facial paralysis refers to peripheral facial paralysis that cannot be recovered after treatment for more than 3 months,and the clinical cure rate is low.Professor Zhang Chunhong believes that the disease is a deficiency of the root cause and the symptoms are real,with the invasion of wind and cold,stagnation of veins and collaterals,and loss of moistening of the tendons and meridians of the sun and Yangmings after prolonged illnesses.Professor Zhang Chunhong used the theory of raise Yang to treat this disease by combining Chinese medicine acupuncture and cupping,traditional Chinese medicine decoction and modern rehabilitation,the decoction tonifies Qi and blood and raise Yang Qi,the acupuncture and cupping moves Qi and dispels evil,and the rehabilitation promotes the recovery of facial muscle strength,so that the comprehensive treatment increases the clinical efficacy.To summarize professor Zhang Chunhong’s experience in the treatment of this disease,so as to discuss the etiology and mechanism of this disease in Chinese medicine through the analysis of one medical case,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
