高中压拼焊转子高精度大径深盲孔加工技术

摘要 通过分体锻造和焊接,可降低高中压转子生产难度,减少材料浪费,其中高压端轴与叶轮焊接部位存在高精度盲孔,该盲孔孔径尺寸570 mm,深度1500 mm,属于典型的大径深盲孔,并且盲孔与基准圆同轴度仅为0.02 mm,常用加工方式已无法满足该高精度加工要求。通过对高中压拼焊转子结构的分析,利用粗加工后的盲孔进行中心堵的过盈配合,保证了自用架口在后续使用时的精度要求,通过较为完善的前期准备,成功实现“以车带镗”的盲孔加工方式并最终攻克了此类拼焊转子盲孔同轴度0.02 mm的高精度加工难题。 Through split forging and welding,the production difficulty of high and medium pressure rotor can be reduced and the material waste can be reduced.There is a high-precision blind hole in the welding part of high-pressure end shaft and impeller.The blind hole has an aperture size of 570 mm and a depth of 1500 mm.It is a typical large-diameter deep blind hole,and the coaxiality between the blind hole and the reference circle is only 0.02 mm.The common processing methods have been unable to meet the high-precision processing requirements.Through the analysis of the structure of the high and medium pressure welded disc rotor,the interference assembly of the central block is carried out by using the blind hole after rough machining,which ensures the accuracy requirement of the self-use frame opening in the subsequent use.Through more perfect preparation,the blind hole processing method of“boring with lath”is successfully realized,and the high precision processing problem of 0.02 mm coaxiality of blind hole of this kind of welded disc rotor is finally overcome.
