幼龄茶园间作豆科绿肥对土壤质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探究幼龄茶园间作不同豆科绿肥后,茶树土壤养分和酶活性的关系以及对土壤性质的影响。[方法]通过田间试验,设置茶树单作(CK)、茶树-紫云英(CZ)、茶树-箭筈豌豆(CJ)、茶树-白三叶草(CB)、茶树-光叶苕子(CG)、茶树-苕子(CS)和茶树-毛叶苕子(CM)7个处理,测定间作90 d后茶树土壤pH、土壤养分含量及土壤酶活性。[结果]与CK相比,6种豆科绿肥间作处理均可以降低土壤pH,6种豆科绿肥均能提高土壤碱解氮含量,且CB显著提高土壤速效钾、有效磷和有机质含量。6种豆科绿肥在幼龄茶园间作对茶园土壤的酶活性产生一定的影响,Pearson相关性分析结果显示,脲酶(URE)与有效磷(AP)呈显著正相关;酸性磷酸酶(ACP)与速效钾(AK)呈显著正相关,与URE呈极显著正相关;碱解氮(AN)与AP呈显著正相关,与有机质(OM)呈极显著正相关;AK与AP、OM呈极显著正相关;表明土壤酶活性与土壤养分之间的变化具有相互作用。主成分分析评价的土壤肥力综合指数从大到小依次为CB>CG>CM>CJ>CZ>CK>CS。[结论]幼龄茶园间作豆科绿肥可以调节土壤pH,改善土壤养分含量,调节土壤酶活性,其中CB在以上方面的综合效果最好,可优先作为幼龄茶园间作种植的绿肥材料。 [Objective]This study aims to explore the relationship between soil nutrients and enzyme activities in young tea plantations intercropped with different leguminous green manure species,as well as their effects on soil properties.[Method]A field experiment was conducted with seven treatments:tea monoculture(CK),tea intercropped with Chinese milk vetch(CZ),tea intercropped with common vetch(CJ),tea intercropped with white clover(CB),tea intercropped with hairy vetch(CG),tea intercropped with Hungarian vetch(CS),and tea intercropped with woolly vetch(CM).After 90 days of intercropping,soil pH,nutrient content,and enzyme activities were measured.[Result]Compared with CK,all six leguminous green manure intercropping treatments significantly reduced soil pH and increased soil available nitrogen content.The CB treatment also increased considerably soil available potassium,available phosphorus,and organic matter content.After intercropping in young tea plantations,all six leguminous green manure treatments caused noticeable changes in soil enzyme activity.Pearson correlation analysis showed significant positive correlations between urease(URE)and acid phosphatase(AP)activities;acid phosphatase(ACP)and available potassium(AK);and ACP with URE(highly significant).Available nitrogen(AN)was significantly positively correlated with AP and extremely positively correlated with organic matter(OM).AK was positively correlated with AP and OM,indicating interactions between changes in soil enzyme activity and nutrient content.Principal component analysis of the comprehensive soil fertility index ranked as follows:CB>CG>CM>CJ>CZ>CK>CS.[Conclusion]Intercropping leguminous green manure in young tea plantations can regulate soil pH,improve soil nutrient content,and modulate soil enzyme activity.Among which CB showed the best overall effects and could be prioritized as a green manure material for intercropping in young tea plantations.
