摘要
产业工人队伍是国家发展的核心力量,我国产业工人队伍建设经历了服务革命战争、形塑主人翁地位、与经济改革相适应、培育大国工匠四个阶段。从变迁动力看,党的中心任务变化是核心动力;经济发展需求和产业革命是基本动力;产业工人身份与需求变化是重要动力;糊口求生到全面发展是内在驱力;科技革命与经济全球化是外在推力。在新的时代背景下,产业工人队伍建设的路径是:加强战略谋划,积极优化和落实产业工人队伍建设顶层设计;强化思想引领,建设富有劳模和工匠精神的高素质产业工人队伍;实现权益兜底,保障产业工人权益促进机器换人到人机协同;推进教育赋能,构建具有中国特色的产业工人培养体系;促进城乡统筹,推动作为产业工人主体力量农民工的现代化转型;实现创新驱动,改革产业工人发展制度,畅通其提升和成长通道。
Industrial workers team is the core force of national development.The construction of China's industrial workers'team has gone through four stages of transformation:serving the revolutionary war,shaping the status of the protagonist,adapting to economic reform,and cultivating great country craftsmen.From the perspective of the driving force of change,the change of the Party's central task is the core driving force;the demand of economic development and industrial revolution are the important driving forces;the change of industrial workers'identity and demand is the basic driving force;and the scientific and technological revolution and economic globalization are the external driving forces.To innovate the development paths of industrial workers'team construction,we need to do the following aspects:strengthen strategic planning and optimize the top-level design of industrial workers'team construction;strengthen ideological guidance and build a high-quality industrial workers'team with the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship;ensure the protection of rights and interests,safeguard the rights and interests of industrial workers,and promote the transition from machine replacement to human-machine collaboration;promote educational empowerment and build a talent training system for industrial workers with Chinese characteristics;promote urban-rural coordination and promote the modern transformation of migrant workers as the main force of industrial workers;achieve innovation-driven,and reform the industrial workers'development system to smooth their growth channels.
