摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染猪群引起的一种高度急性、烈性传染病。ASFV为有囊膜的双链DNA病毒,遗传变异多样,免疫逃逸机制复杂,尚无可靠疫苗用于猪群免疫,防控难度较高。自2018年传入我国后,ASF给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失和社会影响。近年来,随着对ASFV的不断深入研究,相关诊断技术、疫苗和防控药物已取得显著成果。文章系统总结了ASF诊断技术、疫苗、中西药和生物安全等方面的研究现状,以期为我国ASF防控及研究提供参考。
African swine fever(ASF),caused by the African swine fever virus(ASFV),is a highly acute and virulent infectious disease affecting swine populations.ASFV is an enveloped double-stranded DNA virus characterized by genetic diversity,complex immune evasion mechanisms,and no reliable vaccine currently available for immunization.Since its introduction to China in 2018,ASF has inflicted substantial economic losses and societal impacts on the swine industry.In recent years,significant advancements have been achieved in diagnostic technologies,vaccine development,and pharmaceutical interventions for ASF control.This article systematically reviews current research progress in ASF diagnostics,vaccines,Chinese and Western medicines,and biosecurity measures,aiming to provide references for ASF prevention and research in China.
