摘要
1只4岁雌性中华田园猫因表现精神沉郁、食欲减退、牙龈红肿伴有疼痛、口腔流涎、口臭等症状来院就诊。临床检查发现,患猫口腔、牙龈红肿,轻度脱水,猫疱疹病毒Ⅰ型和猫杯状病毒PCR检测结果均为阳性,诊断为猫疱疹病毒Ⅰ型与猫杯状病毒混合感染。以抗病毒、抗菌、对症治疗、营养支持为原则进行了7 d的治疗,患猫精神良好,食欲正常,口腔溃疡愈合,康复出院。
A 4-year-old female Chinese native cat was admitted to the veterinary hospital presented with lethargy,anorexia,erythematous and painful gingiva,ptyalism,and halitosis.Clinical examination revealed oral and gingival inflammation accompanied by mild dehydration.PCR testing confirmed concurrent infection with feline herpesvirus typeⅠ(FHV-Ⅰ)and feline Calicivirus(FCV).The patient received a 7-day comprehensive treatment protocol incorporating antiviral therapy,antibacterial management,symptomatic support,and nutritional supplementation.Following treatment,the cat exhibited significant clinical improvement with restored mental alertness,normalized appetite,and complete resolution of oral ulcers.The patient was subsequently discharged in good health with a full recovery.
