摘要
研究旨在了解乌鲁木齐市某海鲜市场副溶血性弧菌对海产品污染情况。在乌鲁木齐市某海鲜市场采集石斑鱼心、鳃、肝脏、肉、肠、鳞共18份样品,梭子蟹心、胃、肉、鳃共20份样品,南美白对虾的虾脑、虾肉及虾线共60份样品,对样品进行细菌分离培养、生化鉴定,利用PCR技术检测副溶血性弧菌菌株BL1S 16S核糖体RNA基因部分序列。结果显示:梭子蟹和石斑鱼样品中未检出副溶血性弧菌,南美白对虾样品中副溶血性弧菌阳性率为30%(18/60)。共23份培养基上可见圆形、蓝绿色、半透明、微浑浊的菌落,挑取单菌落进行生化鉴定,副溶血性弧菌阳性率100%(23/23)。除去重复部位送检18份疑似菌,经检测均为副溶血性弧菌。其中,虾肉阳性率30%(6/20)、虾线阳性率15%(3/20)、虾脑阳性率45%(9/20)。研究表明,乌鲁木齐市某海鲜市场虾类存在副溶血性弧菌污染的情况,梭子蟹和石斑鱼中未检出。
This study assessed Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination in seafood from a Urumqi market.Samples included 18 grouper tissues(heart,gills,liver,muscle,intestine,scales),20 swimming crab tissues(heart,stomach,muscle,gills),and 60 Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)tissues(brain,muscle,intestinal tract).Bacterial isolation,biochemical identification,and PCR amplification targeting partial BL1S 16S rRNA gene sequences were conducted.Results indicated no Vibrio parahaemolyticus in crabs or groupers.Shrimp samples showed 30%positivity(18/60),with 23 colonies exhibiting circular,blue-green,translucent,turbid morphology and 100%biochemical confirmation(23/23).All 18 non-replicate isolates were confirmed as Vibrio parahaemolyticus,showing tissue-specific distribution:Muscle 30%(6/20),intestinal tract 15%(3/20),brain 45%(9/20).The study confirms shrimp contamination in this market,while crabs and groupers remained uncontaminated.
