摘要
重型商用车因使用工况恶劣(高温、高湿、强振动等),前照灯易出现进水起雾、灯泡损坏、面罩老化、配光镜镀层脱落及灯光调节失效等故障。文章针对重型商用车前照灯在使用过程中存在的主要失效模式,分析其失效机理并提出改进措施,可有效提升前照灯的可靠性,有利于保障行车安全并降低售后成本。
The operating conditions of heavy trucks are harsh(high temperature,high humidity,strong vibration,etc.),and the headlamps are prone to problems such as water ingress and fogging,bulb damage,mask aging,coating peeling off of the light distribution mirror,and failure of light adjustment.This article focuses on the main failure modes existing in the headlamps of heavy commercial vehicles during use,analyzes their failure mechanisms,and proposes improvement measures,can effectively enhance the reliability of the headlamps,which is conducive to ensuring driving safety and reducing after-sales costs.
