基于PLC的自动物料转运小车控制系统设计

摘要 针对小型工厂高污染环境下物料转运依赖人工的问题,文章设计一套低成本自动物料转运小车控制系统。新系统采用三相笼型异步电动机驱动,通过基于可编程逻辑控制器(以西门子S7-1200为例)实现控制,利用行程开关定位A、B两点,通过时间继电器设定装卸货时间,借助拨码开关设定转运次数,具备正反转、短路、过载保护、急停及空载停止等功能。该系统操作简便,适用于无工控基础人员,可替代人工,有利于降低成本及职业病风险。 This article designs a low-cost automatic material transfer trolley control system to address the problem that material transfer relies on manual labor in a highly polluted environment of small factories.The new system is driven by three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors and controlled through a programmable logic controller(taking Siemens S7-1200 as an example).It uses limit switches to locate points A and B,sets the loading and unloading time through time relays,and uses dip switches to set the number of transfers.It has functions such as forward and reverse rotation,short circuit and overload protection,emergency stop and no-load stop.This system is easy to operate and suitable for personnel without an industrial control background.It can replace manual labor and is conducive to reducing costs and the risk of occupational diseases.
