基于域控制器的驱动防滑系统分模式控制方案

摘要 文章提出基于动力域控制器的集成方案,将参数估算、滑转率控制闭环整合于多合一控制器,采用AUTOSAR架构实现核间通信,响应时间缩短至5ms。创新分模式PID控制策略,根据轴速偏差与加速度动态匹配参数,兼顾冰雪、对开路面等复杂工况。实车测试表明,冰雪路面0—40km/h加速时间17.8s,对开路面横摆角速度<0.016rad/s,验证该方案在控制精度与工程实用性上有一定的优势。 The existing schemes have problems of response lag and engineering adaptation.The article proposes an integration scheme based on the dynamic domain controller,integrating parameter estimation and slip rate control in a closed loop into the multi-in-one controller.The AUTOSAR architecture is adopted to achieve inter-core communication,and the response time is shortened to 5ms.The innovative multi-mode PID control strategy dynamically matches parameters based on axial velocity deviation and acceleration,taking into account complex working conditions such as ice and snow,and split roads.Real vehicle tests show that the acceleration time from 0 to 40km/h on icy and snowy roads is 17.8 seconds,and the angular velocity of yaw on open roads is less than 0.016rad/s,verifying the advantages of the scheme in terms of control accuracy and engineering practicability.
