摘要
随着汽车智能化进程加速,车载信息娱乐系统逐渐从功能型设备转向智能交互平台。传统系统在用户体验层面面临交互效率低、个性化不足等瓶颈,而人工智能技术的融合应用为突破这些限制提供了新的可能。当前研究多集中于单一技术模块开发,对多模态交互模式的系统性整合及用户行为深度适配机制尚未形成完整理论框架。因此,文章就人工智能驱动下的车载信息交互技术演进路径展开探讨,分析语音识别、情绪感知等关键技术对用户体验的重构效应,以期为智能座舱的交互设计优化与生态体系建设提供新的方法论支持。
With the acceleration of automotive intelligence,in-vehicle infotainment systems have gradually shifted from functional devices to intelligent interaction platforms.Traditional systems face bottlenecks such as low interaction efficiency and insufficient personalization at the user experience level,while the integration and application of artificial intelligence technologies provide new possibilities for breaking through these limitations.Current research focuses on the development of a single technology module,and a complete theoretical framework has not yet been formed for the systematic integration of multimodal interaction modes and the mechanism of in-depth adaptation of user behavior.Therefore,this paper discusses the evolution path of in-vehicle infotainment technology driven by artificial intelligence,and analyzes the reconfiguration effect of key technologies such as speech recognition and emotion perception on the user experience,with the expectation of providing new methodological support for the optimization of the interaction design and the construction of the ecosystem of the intelligent cockpit.
