汽车动力电池组的电池管理系统与温度控制技术

摘要 电动汽车的核心部件电池组在工作过程中会产生大量的热量,过高或过低的温度将严重影响电池的使用寿命、可用电量及安全,甚至引发安全事故。电池管理系统负责对电池状态进行监测与管理,而温控技术则负责对电池温度进行监控,二者协同工作,保证了电池组的安全高效运行。因此,文章将探讨电池管理系统和温控技术之间的协同工作机制,为提高电动汽车动力电池系统在实际应用中的效果提供思路。 Battery packs,the core component of electric vehicles,generate a large amount of heat during the working process,and excessive high or low temperatures will seriously affect the service life of the batteries,the usable power and safety,and even cause safety accidents.The battery management system is responsible for monitoring and managing the battery status,while temperature control technology is responsible for monitoring the battery temperature,both of which work together to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the battery pack.Therefore,this paper will explore the synergistic working mechanism between the battery management system and temperature control technology to provide ideas for improving the effect of electric vehicle power battery system in practical application.
