一种新能源电动汽车智能补电的方法

An Intelligent Recharge Method for New Energy Electric Vehicle

摘要 新能源电动汽车市场反馈12V低压蓄电池存在亏电情况。电动汽车控制单元多,整车静态电流大,加上有部分客户用车习惯不良,蓄电池容易亏电,最终导致整车无法上高压。文章提出一种通过以车身控制器和整车控制器为主控单元,控制整车高压上电,为蓄电池自动补电的方法。该系统能够在车辆停放期间自动监测12V蓄电池状态,在满足设定的补电阈值时,整车控制器使能动力电池、DC/DC为12V蓄电池充电。 The new energy electric vehicle market has reported issues with the undercharging of 12V low-voltage batteries.Due to the numerous control units in electric vehicles,high static current consumption during vehicle standby,and poor usage habits among some customers,the battery is prone to depletion,ultimately preventing the vehicle from achieving high-voltage power-up.This paper proposes a method that uses the Body Control Module(BCM)and Vehicle Control Unit(VCU)as the primary controllers to enable automatic battery recharge during high-voltage system activation.The system automatically monitors the 12V battery status during vehicle parking.When the preset recharge threshold is met,the VCU activates the power battery and DC-DC converter to recharge the 12V battery.
