校企共育文管类专业人才分类培养的融合研究——以闽南理工学院为例

摘要 在经济飞速发展的今天,对文管类专业人才的需求越来越多。伴随着我国文化事业的繁荣,对具有创新思维、专业技能和实际操作的文管类人才的要求越来越高。闽南理工学院是一所以培养高质量、高技能、高技术人才的综合性学校,它在文管类专业采用了校企共育模式,以期促进教育和产业的深入融合。因此,本文对闽南理工学院校企共育文管类专业人才分类培养融合进行了研究,并提出了一些有效策略。 In today's rapidly developing economy,there is an increasing demand for professionals in the field of cultural management.With the prosperity of China's cultural industry,there is an increasing demand for cultural management talents with innovative thinking,professional skills,and practical operations.Minnan University of Technology is a comprehensive school that cultivates high-quality,high skilled,and high-tech talents.It adopts a school enterprise co education model in cultural management majors to promote the deep integration of education and industry.Therefore,this article conducts research on the classification and integration of talent cultivation in the field of cultural management through school enterprise joint education at Minnan University of Technology,and proposes some effective strategies.
