摘要
白桦(Betula Platyphlla Suk.)树皮中含有多种三萜类活性物质,主要包括白桦酯醇、白桦酯酸、齐墩果酸,具有抗菌和抑制肿瘤的药理活性,进一步开发利用对医学临床有重大意义。本文分析了白桦酯醇、白桦酯酸、齐墩果酸的药理活性及在临床中应用和生物合成的调控过程,为白桦三萜的合成与开发提出了参考建议。
The bark of birch(Betula Platyphlla Suk.)contains a variety of triterpenoid active substances,mainly including birch ester alcohol,birch ester acid,kypyolic acid,has antibacterial and tumor inhibition pharmacological activity,further development and utilization is of great significance for medical clinical practice.This paper analyzes the pharmacological activities of betula ester alcohol,betula ester acid,apolonic acid and the regulation process of clinical application and biosynthesis,and puts forward reference suggestions for the synthesis and development of triterpenes.
