摘要
在绿色生态理念背景下,释放天敌昆虫来防治害虫的生物防治技术逐渐兴起,并广泛应用。花绒寄甲(Dastarcus helophoroides)属鞘翅目(Co-leoptera)寄甲科(Bothrideridae),是天牛类虫害的重要天敌昆虫,依靠发达的胸足寻找寄主,在天牛幼虫体的节间膜处分泌毒素将寄主麻醉,然后吸食寄主体内营养。开展花绒寄甲人工繁育,对持续控制病害有显著的作用。本研究详细介绍花绒寄甲人工繁育技术流程,完成繁育后于临汾市某林区释放花绒寄甲成虫,分析其对天牛虫害的防治效果,并根据实际情况提出切实可行防治建议,以减少天牛虫害的不良影响,促进林业可持续发展。
Under the background of green ecological concept,the biological control technology of releasing natural enemy insects to control pests has gradually emerged and been widely used.Dastarcus helophoroides belongs to the family Bothrideridae of Co-leoptera.It is an important natural enemy of longicorn insect pests.It relies on its developed chest and feet to find its host and secretes toxins in the internode membrane of longicorn larvae to anesthete the host.And then feed on the host's nutrients.Artificial breeding of the parasitic beetle has a significant effect on the continuous control of the disease.In this study,we introduced the artificial breeding technology process of P.glandulae in detail,released the adult P.glandulae in a forest area of Linfen City after breeding,analyzed the control effect of P.glandulae on longina infestation,and put forward practical control suggestions according to the actual situation,so as to reduce the adverse effects of P.glandulae infestation and promote the sustainable development of forestry.
