摘要
为明确昭通市马铃薯病害发生情况,对马铃薯产区进行田间调查,并采集到20个品种285个病样进行实验室检测。研究发现,感染马铃薯病毒主要包括马铃薯Y病毒、马铃薯卷叶病毒、马铃薯A病毒、马铃薯S病毒,发病率最高为马铃薯S病毒。细菌病害主要有青枯病和黑胫病,发病率最高为青枯病。在昭通市主要栽培马铃薯品种中,‘宣薯2号’感染病毒病种类最多,‘云薯108’最易感染细菌病。研究结果可为昭通市马铃薯病害防控提供科学依据,同时对种薯标准化生产和马铃薯育种提供参考。
This study aims to identify the occurrence of potato diseases in Zhaotong City.Through field surveys in potato producing areas,the 285 diseased samples from 20 varieties were collected for laboratory testing.The research found that the main viruses of potato infection included potato virus Y,potato leafroll virus,potato virus A and potato virus S,with the incidence rate of potato virus S being the highest.Bacterial diseases were mainly bacterial wilt and blackleg disease,with the incidence rate of bacterial wilt being the highest.Among the main potato varieties cultivated in Zhaotong City,'Xuanshu 2'had the highest number of viral diseases,while'Yunshu 108'was most susceptible to bacterial diseases.The results of this study could provide scientific basis for potato disease prevention and control in Zhaotong City,and also provide reference for standardized seed potato production and potato breeding.
