限根栽培对软枣猕猴桃生长和果实特性的影响

Effects of Root Restriction Cultivation on Growth and Fruit Characteristics of Actinidia arguta

摘要 以软枣猕猴桃‘魁绿’和‘丰绿’为试材,通过对比分析限根栽培和常规栽培2种栽培模式,研究了限根栽培对软枣猕猴桃植株生长发育及果实产量和品质的影响,以期为促进软枣猕猴桃栽培产业持续发展提供参考依据。结果表明:在限根栽培条件下,‘魁绿’的新梢生长量、开花数量、果实横纵径、果实质量和产量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸和维生素C含量均显著高于常规栽培;枝条中、上部叶片的叶面积低于常规栽培。‘丰绿’开花数量、坐果率、单果质量、单株产量、可溶性糖和维生素C含量显著高于常规栽培,而果实大小、可滴定酸和可溶性固形物并无显著差异。此外,‘丰绿’新梢生长量以及叶面积均低于常规栽培。综上所述,软枣猕猴桃在限根栽培模式下能保证其植株生长发育良好的同时可以显著提高果实产量、改善果实品质。 Taking Actinidia arguta‘Kuilyu’and‘Fenglyu’as the test material,the effects of root restriction cultivation on the growth,development,and fruit quality and yield were studied by comparing two cultivation methods:root restriction cultivation and conventional cultivation,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of the Actinidia arguta cultivation industry.The results showed that under root restriction cultivation conditions,the growth volume of new shoots,the number of flowers,the dimensions of fruits,fruit quality and yield,soluble solids,soluble sugars,titratable acids,and vitamin C content of‘Kuilyu’were significantly higher than those under conventional cultivation;however,the leaf area of branches in the middle and upper parts was lower than that under conventional cultivation.For‘Fenlyu’,the number of flowers,fruit set rate,single fruit weight,plant yield,soluble sugar,and vitamin C content were significantly higher than those under conventional cultivation,while there were no significant differences in fruit size,titratable acids,and soluble solids.In addition,the growth volume of new shoots and leaf area of‘Fenglyu’were both lower than those under conventional cultivation.In summary,root restriction cultivation could ensure good growth and development of Actinidia arguta plants while significantly improving fruit yield and quality.
