氮肥与聚谷氨酸配施对辣椒生长及养分吸收的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen Fertilizer and Polyglutamic Acid on the Growth and Nutrient Absorption of Capsicum anmuum L.

摘要 以朝天椒品种“北科919”为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法,研究了施加不同水平氮肥的同时喷施聚谷氨酸对辣椒生长、产量以及养分吸收的影响,以期为利用聚谷氨酸提高辣椒的氮肥利用率提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,单独施加不同水平氮肥(3.5 g·株^(-1)/5.0 g·株^(-1))以及不同氮肥水平与聚谷氨酸(450 mg·L^(-1))配施均显著提高了辣椒的株高、茎粗、叶片形态指标、根系形态指标、叶绿素含量、生物量、单株产量以及全株氮含量和根系铁和锌含量。并且总体表现为5 g·株^(-1)氮肥与聚谷氨酸(450 mg·L^(-1))配施效果最好。综上可知,高量氮肥与聚谷氨酸配施能提高辣椒对氮肥的利用率,促进辣椒生长、提高辣椒产量以及促进辣椒的养分吸收。 Taking the‘Beike 919’pepper as the experimental material,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of applying different levels of nitrogen fertilizer while spraying polyglutamic acid on the growth,yield,and nutrient absorption of peppers,in order to provide a reference for using polyglutamic acid to improve the nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency of chili peppers.The results showed that compared with the control,the application of different levels of nitrogen fertilizer(3.5 g per plant/5.0 g per plant)alone and the combination of different nitrogen fertilizer levels and polyglutamic acid(450 mg·L^(-1))significantly improved the plant height,stem thickness,leaf morphology,root morphology,chlorophyll content,biomass,single plant yield,as well as the nitrogen content and root iron and zinc content of peppers.And overall,the combination of 5 g·plant^(-1) nitrogen fertilizer and polyglutamic acid(450 mg·L^(-1))showed the best effect.In conclusion,the combination of high nitrogen fertilizer and polyglutamic acid can improve the utilization efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer in peppers,promote their growth,increase their yield,and enhance their nutrient absorption.
