摘要
近年来,随着新辅助治疗方法的不断普及,新辅助治疗成为越来越多患者的首选方案,而乳腺癌分子亚型的精准预测有助于制定个体化治疗方案。多参数MRI作为目前最常用的检查方式,对于显示乳腺癌病灶具有很大的优势。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,深度学习(DL)作为计算机领域的先进算法已经应用于医学诊断的多个领域,并在乳腺癌分子亚型的预测方面表现优异。
In recent years,neoadjuvant therapy has become the first choice for more and more patients as the continuous neoadjuvant therapy,and accurate prediction of molecular subtypes of breast cancer helps to develop individualized treatment plans.Multiparametric-MRI,as the most commonly used method in the detection of breast cancer at present,has great advantages in displaying breast cancer lesions.With the rapid development of computer technology,deep learning,as an advanced algorithm in the computer field,has been applied to many fields of medical diagnosis,and has performed well in the prediction of molecular subtypes of breast cancer.This article reviews the research progress of MRI-based deep learning method in molecular subtype of breast cancer.
