摘要
目的 探讨超液化碘化油子宫输卵管造影(hysterosalpingography,HSG)不同延迟片时间下输卵管蠕动功能。方法 选取63例女性原发不孕症患者(共126条输卵管)。所有患者注射对比剂后观察输卵管是否通畅,对比剂是否顺利弥散进入盆腔,并分别于HSG术后3、6、24 h拍摄盆腔延迟片,观察输卵管形态以及输卵管内对比剂残留情况和输卵管蠕动功能。以Fisher确切概率法对HSG术后3、6、24 h拍摄盆腔延迟片时输卵管是否有对比剂残留及输卵管形态诊断输卵管蠕动功能差异进行比较。结果 HSG术后3、6 h输卵管对比剂残留比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而两者与24 h输卵管对比剂残留比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HSG术后3、6 h,蠕动功能下降的输卵管内对比剂残留量多于24 h,容易判断输卵管形态。输卵管多表现为形态略增粗,仅少量表现为正常。结论 超液化碘化油HSG术后3 h和6 h可根据输卵管形态和对比剂残留情况较术后24 h更好地判断蠕动功能。
Objective To explore the different delayed film of HSG to reflect the peristaltic function of fallopian tubes.Methods A total of 63 female primary infertility patients(126 fallopian tubes)were selected.Infertile patients were injected with contrast medium to observe whether the fallopian tubes were unobstructed and whether the contrast medium diffused smoothly into the pelvic cavity.Pelvic delayed films were taken at 3 hours,6 hours and 24 hours after HSG,and the residual contrast medium in the fallopian tubes,the morphology,and peristalsis function of the fallopian tubes were observed.Fisher's exact probability test was used to diagnose the difference of fallopian tube peristalsis function when the pelvic delayed film was taken at 3 hours,6 hours and 24 hours after HSG.Results It showed that there was no significant difference in contrast medium residues in fallopian tubes between 3 hours and 6 hours after HSG(P>0.05).However,there were significant differences between the two methods and 24-hour fallopian tube contrast medium residues(P<0.05).At the 3-and 6-hour following the HSG procedure,the residual contrast agent in fallopian tubes exhibiting reduced peristaltic function persisted for more than 24 hours,facilitating the determination of fallopian tube morphology.The majority of these fallopian tubes exhibited a slightly thickened morphology,with only a minority appearing normal.Conclusion HSG with hyper-liquefied lipiodol can be used to judge the peristaltic function according to the shape of fallopian tubes and the residue of contrast medium at 3 hours and 6 hours after operation.The peristaltic function can be better judged by the morphology of fallopian tube and the residual of contrast agent at 3 and 6 h after operation than 24 h of HSG with hyper-liquefied lipiodol.
