摘要
新时代社会对职业人才的需求呈现多元化、高标准化特征,培养高素质复合型人才成为职业教育的关键任务。黄炎培职业教育思想中的“五育观”致力于构建新型职业教育模式,推动德育、智育、体育、美育、劳育的协同发展,对当代职业教育及五育融合实践具有重要现实意义。该研究通过文献分析与理论梳理,系统阐释黄炎培五育观的核心要义,包括其对职业教育目标、教学模式及人才培养路径的重构逻辑,结合新时代职教需求,剖析五育观与复合型人才培养的契合点。旨在深入挖掘与剖析黄炎培职业教育思想的五育观内涵,探索其对当代职业教育发展的价值,为职教理论与实践创新提供新思路。
In the new era,the demand for vocational talents in the new era society presents diversified and high standard characteristics,and cultivating high-quality composite talents has become a key task of vocational education.The five-yu concept in Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideology is committed to building a new vocational education model,promoting the coordinated development of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education,and has important practical significance for contemporary vocational education and the integration of the five education practices.The article systematically explains the core essence of Huang Yanpei's five-yu concept through literature analysis and theoretical review,including his reconstruction logic of vocational education goals,teaching models,and talent cultivation paths.Combined with the needs of vocational education in the new era,it analyzes the convergence point between the five-yu concept and the cultivation of composite talents.It aims to deeply explore and analyze the connotation of Huang Yanpei's five-yu concept in vocational education,explore its value for the development of contemporary vocational education,and provide new ideas for the innovation of vocational education theory and practice.
