摘要
该文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法等方法,围绕冰雪运动文化高质量发展核心问题,立足“全民”“全域”“全时”三个维度,构建“三全”关联互动模式,并提出9条对策:一是细分人群,精准施策,夯实冰雪运动基础;二是健全组织,自我完善,织密冰雪运动网络;三是因人而异,激活热情,彰显冰雪运动魅力;四是主打奥运牌,辐射带动周边产业;五是力推度假游,撬动冰雪深度消费;六是凝练雪符号,塑造鲜明冰雪味道;七是建设“365”全季冰雪综合项目;八是推进智能“137”冰雪文化复合产品;九是以“1+×”冰雪品牌赛事促健身和普及。该文研究拓宽了冰雪研究视角,丰富了冰雪理论研究内容和方法,为群众性冰雪运动推广普及提供了重要支撑。
This article uses literature research methods,questionnaire surveys,and other methods to focus on the core issue of high-quality development of ice and snow sports culture.Based on the three dimensions of"national","all-for-one",and"full-time",it constructs a"three in one"interactive model and proposes nine countermeasures:firstly,segmenting the population,implementing precise policies,and consolidating the foundation of ice and snow sports;secondly,establishing a sound organization,self-improvement,and weaving a dense network of ice and snow sports;thirdly,it varies from person to person,activating enthusiasm and showcasing the charm of ice and snow sports;fourthly,focusing on the Olympic card,radiating and driving the surrounding industries;fifthly,promoting vacation travel and leveraging deep consumption of ice and snow;sixthly,condensing the snow symbol and shaping a distinct taste of ice and snow;seventhly,constructing the"365"comprehensive ice and snow project throughout the season;eighthly,promoting intelligent"137"ice and snow cultural composite products;ninthly,promoting fitness and popularization through the"1+X"ice and snow brand competition.This study broadens the perspective of ice and snow research,enriches the content and methods of ice and snow theory research,and provides important support for the promotion and popularization of mass ice and snow sports.
